New ReviewerI bought a pet from nextdaypets.com. The breeder doesn't have have a name on there but has his phone number.
He claims on his site that the puppies have a health guarantee, vaccinations, and registration papers. The only thing he gave me was the vaccination records which I later found out were no legit. I bought the puppy(maltipoo) two days ago for $500 and a few hours later it started to vomit. That very next morning I took it to the vet to discover that she had parvovirus.
I spent a couple of hundred dollars on the vet bill for testa and treatment all for the puppy to die today. My young kids are devastated. His puppies are still on the site with small Maltipoos and other dogs. The phone number he provided was 832-941-****.
If someone has had a similar experience with this guy please let me know as he is not responding to calls or texts.
He is a fit looking Hispanic or mixed guy in his late twenties to early 30's that drives a black Nissan frontier truck. How was this guy able to create a profile without a name???
Location: Houston, Texas

Was his name Jesus Balderas? Drove a brown/tan Frontier. Met you in the parking lot of Target in the Heights?
Is this the T-kennels from Houston?
Does anyone have an update on this man?
In April of 2015 we bought a maltipoo puppy from him for $800.
24 hours later she was unresponsive and at the emergency vet. We had to take out a 3000 loan before they would even treat her for her parvo. Thankfully, after a nine day stay she survived.
She's our miracle!
Like with everyone else, Jesus stopped responding and disappeared. I am hoping this heartless man has been prosecuted!
We have his information if anyone wants it. He recently sold a pug puppy to my ex wife and she died from parvo five later.
He's a low life that is continuously doing this. But we found him.
I purchased sick puppy with parvo and just found out that they are the same people. This is the numbers they are using 713-322-**** 281-203-**** 832-534-**** 832-907-****.
They are continuing to scam. Please beware
I just bought a pug from him he sent a friend named doug i had to take it to the emergency clinic they told me its 4 weeks old we dont know if are little pug will make it the siad she dont have parvo but she still is acting realy wired i would like some one to contact me with some information about him bryan 832445**** thank you
He changed his number again and selling many sick pups 832-534-****
First off a little dog sold at 4 weeks is most definitely a scam
Thank you for warning us!
Just found his new postings as a new member selling puppies on puppy find.com. He has the same info (lies) with a new handle (ipuppy) and phone number.
Sure it is a burner. 832-534-****. Has one glowing review that he probably posted himself. Everyone who bought from him should go to that site and post what happened to you.
Obviously no pursuit so far has shut him down.
Does anyone know if he was been contacted by the Humane Society or SPCA?
He is also a realtor, here is his info:

I just came across this thread by googling the phone number on an add on PuppyFind.com. He is advertising puppies under the company name Houston Top Line Dogs. I am going to email him through the site and ask for the name of the vet who performed the health inspection for verification purposes.
Here is the link to the listings he has on PuppyFind.com:

Thank you for creating this thread and saving a lot of us a lot of pain.
CK
I purchased what was advertised as a Miniature Bull Terrier and supposed to be AKC registered in April, 2014. She was shipped to me and now weighs 65 pounds, she wasn't a Mini and had fake CKC registration papers.
The vet health certificate was fake also. His name is Jesus Balderas and I have written down 3 different numbers that I've seen pop up on his ads.
Glad we helped! However, when he told you he knew nothing about it, he lied...
That's what makes me the maddest! He's has numerous customers trying to contact him about sick dogs. He ignores us, period.
He is a sick excuse for a human... Heartless, and without any moral conviction whatsoever.
Channel 2 news is coming to interview me today regarding this.
Please email us at teegeetex at gmail dot com there are several of us that would like to speak to you.
Please send us your email address and I will forward the SPCA's last email to us. Please use the Teegeetex@***.com.
it's been created for this issue. We also know another Houston Texan that will be thrill to talk to the news.
We will also be happy to do a phone interview. Do you know he's still advertising our dead dog!
I also am in Houston and experienced the heartbreak, lies and deceit from this guy. Feel free to let Channel 2 now I also would be available to speak to them by phone if needed. As mentioned contact through Teegeetex@***.com and I would be more than happy to provide any other information.
