Both pets I paid to get info on were already sold :( and they continued to charge me $5 every two weeks for nothing. Forced me to become a ViP member to see anything and didn’t obviously tell me of the ridiculous recurring charge for zero services.

Wish it was a better process

Beautiful puppy... but not on top of Breeder was not on top of her game at all. (In my opinion) Paperwork was very inconsistent (vaccinations) not even done at a vet's office so my vet couldn't verify and paperwork said my dog had shots at 5 days old!!!! My Vet was very sceptical about if my dog actually got shots at all because all my paperwork was very QUESTIONABLE even my info said he was older than his birthdate now I'm confused. I wish I paid more money and just went with a more thorough reputable breeder but my very cute dog stole my heart. I too was told one thing as she did another. To each it's own. I'm sure she's not a bad person but not very business savvy as a breeder in my opinion. A lot of things are very suspect on the business / paperwork portion of the process......but I did get a beautiful puppy out the deal and seems to be healthy... for now No one year guarantee contract No actual Vet record of shots No thank you for your business/purchase letter No checkup on the dog... nothing. *Different strokes for different folks I guess. Wasn't my best idea of a puppy purchase process. I think she tried but plenty failed moments. Will not refer anyone to her.

NextDayPets are scam artists

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
NextDayPets is masquerading their emails as Lancaster Puppies. I started signing up for an account and something smelled bad so I did some research and found out they ripped off a lot of people. After that, I refused to do business with them. Recently I got an email from "Lancaster Puppies", a reputable firm, asking me if I was still interested in a particular dog. When I looked into the email address it was actually from nextdaypets.com This is the sender of the email: Lancaster Puppies no-reply@***.nextdaypets.com

I was interested in getting a puppy so I went on this website (NextDayPets) thinking it would be a smooth fast process, did the application and paid the fee and waited and waited...nothing has happened it's been days and still haven't heard from anyone about how long this process takes and exactly what the next step? I emailed and asked and still nothing back from anyone!

I already paid the application fee and turned in the application but have not gotten a response. This is absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional.

I want a refund for my application fee and explanation to why no one cared to let me know what is going on after I took the time and did everything correctly! I am very disappointed.

Scamming advertising site

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Nextdaypets.com is a site for breeders and rescues to post pets available for new homes. Recently I opened a second dog rescue in Missouri. I tried to add a second advertising site, one for Florida and one for Missouri dogs. I also wanted to speak to someone there about their "petpal" funding scheme and puppy match link. THEY collect $5 to $25 to allow potential new owners to list an ad that they are looking for a new pet. That money does not go to the advertiser. They also offer away to pay for your new pet. Of course they charge a fee for that as well. NOT ONLY could the girl who answered the phone ( and is also the (owner) figure out how to set up two advertising accounts, but she could not explain why I got a call from someone this morning who was angry they did not get their dog they had paid for through with petpal. She got mad, screamed and cussed at me and refused to help. DO NOT BUY DOGS OFF THIS SITE BECASUE NEXTDSAY PETS IS A SCAM!

Last week i was beat out of a large amount of money from the shipping company

I paid for the puppy. From that moment on i was getting the run around. The first day i was informed that it was to late to ship the dog.but the dog would be at my location by 12pm the next day. At 9am the next day i was text that i needed purchase or rent a shipping crate and the dog was at Chicago's airport. I did send them $1200.00 for a rental crate again the dog would be leaving Chicago airport at 3:15pm and arriving at my front door by 8:45pm that evening. At about 8:15 i was informed that i needed to get better insurance because the insurance that was on the puppy had expired 2 hours ago. Now they wanted $2500.00 to cover the insurance cost. I asked if i could pickup the dog i was told no the dog was in qarantined. At that time i let them know i want a refund on all the money i sended them. Told that they have all my information they needed in the western union transaction. Now this person is calling me 5 days later trying figure out now to get this money to me. I personally and honestly believe this completely is bogus. I have been reading about Animal scams in the pasted. By the way i did het a police report and in ten days western will start a investigation in this matter. Now that i think about it this company is using 2 different phone numbers 1 from California and the other from Florida but the same person is answering both phones.

Rip-Off

I was interested in finding a puppy for one of 2 breeds. The webs suggests that for 5 dollars, you can select up to 3 breeds and receive notices from breeders. But the small print indicates that it works differently. They charged my credit card 5 dollars every 2 weeks for each breed!! I did not realize that they were charging me 40 bucks a month for 5 months before I figured out the scam. For one of the breeds, I receive ZERO notices of litters, so I thought that just 1 breed was selected. STAY AWAY. Poor business practices and scam alert, even though the service is a good concept
